Introduction, Eligibility Requirements, and Program Benefits

I. Introduction
The GWSV Customer Service Specialist (CSS) Retail Apprenticeship Program is a one year program. The program requires that you attend three web-based community college courses (36 weeks long). There is no expense for the program.
II. Eligibility Requirements
Core Employees: Customer Service Specialist and have no open corrective actions.
III. Program Benefits
Apprentices have the opportunity for a $1 dollar pay raise.  At the end of the program, Apprentices will receive a Retail Operations Specialist Apprenticeship Certificate from the Federal and State government as well as a Certificate of Achievement from the Community College Chancellors Office and community college credit for the courses completed.
